Olptrepo’ Pavese is a triangle of land beyond the Po river; dry climate in winter and gently breezy in summer, an almost unbroken carpet of vineyards enough to be considered one of the Italian area where the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grow. Since more than a century, Giorgi grow his Pinot Nero and Chardonnay vines in the hills at 400mt above sea level, where there is a significant difference between day and night temperature.

Thanks to these particular weather conditions, these grapes developes an high acidity content, which it’ll be a natural preservative the future wine. In order to preserve the totality of grape’s features, the grapes are harvested early morning and quickly transported to the winery. Starting from here, all the vinification processes occur at controlled low temperatures, in order to avoid any kind of modification of the must and the use of chemical stabilizers.  The “liqueur d’expedition” is a secret formula brewed by the enologist, and it is made only with natural ingredients.

The Fusion is a fine sparkling wine which won a lot of awards worldwide, and it is tasted in the best restaurant in the world.
