The 47 Anno Domini Estate is dedicated to creating a fine wine that stands out. Inspiration for this wine came from the Garbin: the warm wind that flows from Southeast and caresses the vines as the grapes ripen. It is unpredictable and stubborn, and brings the aromas and the flavours from the Venice Lagoon, which it transfers to the soil where the vines grow.

Using the small bunch that grows from a small undeveloped gemmae known as the racimolo, they ripen about 30 days after the conventional harvest time. The racimolo has a skin thicker than the other grapes, and high sugar concentration due to the climate where it is grown. The vinification process is strictly controlled at every step, and the blend of the wine changes every year, due to the alcoholic and natural sugar concentration of the vintage.
